Lee is an FA qualified coach who played football for many years at county level.He has gained valuable coaching experience through managing under 7 and under 8 teams in a local youth league.. Lee believes that the game is changing and that we need to adapt our ideas and ways to be in step. Size and power are being replaced with a new style of player.Technical ability is key,the emphasis being on a great first touch,ball familiarity with all parts of the foot and surfaces of the body,good awareness and the skills and creativeness to be able to dominate the 1v1 situation.
