I have known Glyn and Carl the Directors of NLCA for over 10 years and when they invited me to their NLCA 'Summer Experience' I was keen to see their setup.

I was very impressed with the whole setup. The Coaching staffs were energetic with a great mix of experience. The coach to player ratio was excellent and this gave each player the necessary contact time with their coach.

What really came across was NLCA are looking for one thing and that is to improve every single player and for the player to fulfill their potential. Glyn has sent many players to me at Crystal Palace and with many signed I can see why as the players are able to play without fear and encouraged to express themselves. It was evident that the players and parents really enjoy being involved with NLCA.

Having enjoyed the time I spent with Glyn when I was 9 years old, it was great to see the boys and girls enjoying their football training at Hawkenbury recently. I was impressed with the set up and how the course was structured. It was good see that the players were able to express themselves and have fun under the guidance of Glyn and the coaching staff.
